Tourist Activities near the University of Washington

The Washington Park Arboretum is located South of UW campus and is open daily to the public for free. 

The Seattle Japanese Garden is a beautiful enclosed garden adjacent to the Arboretum. The park hours are Noon - 7 p.m. Monday
10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Tuesday - Sunday. 

Canoe and Kayak rentals are available from the UW Waterfront Activities Center to explore the famous Montlake Cut, and access the Arboretum from the water.
